Peerify Terms of Service
Effective date: 21.10.2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Peerify (peerify.one). We've kept them short and plain. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Peerify is run by Social Systems Lab International AB (svb), org.nr 559264-4289, c/o Sevenius & Co AB, Illerstigen 8, 170 71 Solna, Sweden — a non-profit company fully owned by the Social Systems Foundation. Contact: hello@peerify.net.
2. Who can use Peerify
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- If you're under 16, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account for you, and is responsible for it.
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- If you create a profile for a band, venue or other organisation, you confirm you're allowed to act on its behalf.
- Peerify is for real people and human-made music. Accounts that impersonate others, or present AI-generated music as human-made, aren't allowed.
3. Your content
- You own what you post — music, pictures, texts, events and offers.
- By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, free licence to store and show your content on Peerify, to the people you choose, for as long as it's on Peerify. That's all we use it for. We don't sell it.
- You must have the rights to everything you upload. Only upload music you have written, performed or are allowed to share.
- You can remove your content at any time.
4. Rules for using Peerify
Don't:
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful or sexually explicit content;
- pretend to be someone else, or claim someone else's music, artwork or performances as your own;
- post other people's personal details without their permission;
- spam, scam or use Peerify for advertising that isn't related to music and live events;
- try to break, overload or get around Peerify's security, or collect data about other users;
- upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
5. Events, crews, hosting and offers
Peerify helps artists, fans, hosts and venues find each other. We are not a party to the arrangements you make — events, house concerts, crew help or offers such as a place to stay.
- Offers on Peerify are always free. Paid services belong to venues and are arranged directly between you and them.
- Use common sense: meet in a public place first if you don't know someone, and only share your home address privately with people you've agreed to host. Event addresses you enter are visible to everyone.
- Hosts and organisers are responsible for their own events, including safety and any permits.
6. Payments
Peerify doesn't process payments yet. When it does, additional terms will apply and we'll tell you before they take effect.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Peerify at any time, and delete your account yourself under Settings → General. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy for details). If you have trouble, write to hello@peerify.net. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
8. Our responsibility
Peerify is a young, non-profit platform, provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, or for what users do at events or arrangements made through Peerify. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
9. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you on Peerify or by email before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts. If you're a consumer, you keep any right to bring a case in the courts of your own country, and in Sweden you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se).
